Well did we have an awesome time this past Sunday (30th May 2010) Took a train ride with our great friends Rowan & Kristy, from Rondebosch through to Kalk Bay. Jesse our 3 year Old was in his element and so excited to be in a train and seeing all the sites. Josh our 10 year old was also beside himself and just wanted to hang on the above bars.
It must have taken us 20 minutes to get to Kalk bay and the view coming into Kalk Bay was amazing, beautiful day, sunshining, it was amazing!

We then walked around the little alley ways and to little quaint shops and then made our way down to the Kalk Bay Harbour and had Fish & Chips, WOW was the portions huge!!

We then took a walk along the harbour where all the interesting people sell there fresh fish and even saw 4 seals in the harbour area.

Then walked back to the station and onto the train and had a relaxed ride back to Rondebosch. Then went to Rowan & Kristy's place and had some of Rowan's famous Cuppaccino, home made brew, I thought I was at The Mugg's it was that good.

All in all a good day for the Windell's
